Report of NROTC drunk driving incident [manuscript], 1946 Dec 4.

Report of an incident of drunk driving involving radio man first class Robert Jackson Gang, U.S.N., attached to the NROTC unit at the University. Driving home along Fry's Spring Road, Gang reportedly ran over a curb and blew out a tire, and was later discovered by a police officer slumped over his wheel and smelling of alcohol. Gang was incoherent upon awakening, was taken into the custody of police under charges of drunkeness, and referred for a Summary Court-Martial.
